Boy, it's been a long week, right? I wish I'd been more productive. I spent hours one day validating code. Hours!!!!!! :P But weekend is coming up, I get to go to a conference and there's an art festival this weekend. Hooray!

I logged into World of Warcraft this morning and already, people have level 80 monks.... amazing. It's raining today and the kids and I saw a rainbow when we drove to school. I saw another one when I drove into work, too. Nice. Wish it meant something, but it sure was pretty, no matter what. :)

Today I'm working pretty hard on staying focused. I have a lot of homework to do and a lot of reading. I've been learning a lot of new things this week. One thing that's been fun to learn is how to use Construct2 which is a game engine by Scirra. It's pretty intuitive, which is good for me since, while I can learn computer languages, I'm kind of slow with them and I forget more than I seem to learn (which would put me at negative learning at some point). Construct2 has a lot of logic involved, but there is also more visual interface and a lot of the code is invisible to me (so it's magical!) Ha ha. I made my first game yesterday following th
